The marble wire cutting machine is a special stone cutting equipment specially developed for marble cutting. According to our actual cutting data, the cutting speed of marble blocks is approximately 50-100mm/h (specifically depending on the hardness of the stone). For a 2000*2000mm marble block, the time required for complete cutting is 20-40 hours.
Stone wire saws greatly improve the yield rate of blocks by virtue of their ultra-fine cutting seams. When using diamond wires with a diameter of 0.5-0.7 millimeters, the yield rate can reach 97%.
