Hualong Multi-wire Saw is mainly used for cutting marble and granite blocks, featuring high-efficiency cutting of stone blocks. Depending on different stone materials, the hourly cutting speed of the multi-wire saw ranges from 15 mm to 60 mm. It has a maximum cutting length of 3200 mm and a maximum cutting height of 2200 mm. The machine adopts diamond bead wires with diameters of 5.3 mm / 6.3 mm, and can process standard stone slabs with thicknesses of 20 mm / 30 mm.

The most commonly purchased model by customers is the HLMW-56U multi-wire saw. It is equipped with a maximum of 56 diamond wires and adopts a down-pressure cutting method, with a maximum feeding speed ranging from 0 to 400 mm/min.

For example, when cutting a 3000×2000 mm stone block at a cutting speed of 200 mm/h, the cutting time required for the block is approximately 10 hours.
