After the stone is transported to the designated working position by the feeding cart, the equipment will slowly lift the stone according to the real-time cutting conditions during the cutting process, ensuring precise achievement of the cutting targets.
The cutting function of this stone wire saw is mainly realized by diamond wires with a diameter ranging from 0.3 to 0.8 millimeters. The surface of the diamond wire is uniformly plated with diamond particles; wound around the rollers and driven by reciprocating motion, the cutting is completed through the friction between the diamonds on the wire and the stone material.
The cutting efficiency varies with different types of stone, and specific cutting parameters need to be matched for different stone materials. The conventional range of the cutting linear speed is 25-40 meters per second, and the cutting feed rate needs to be dynamically adjusted based on the hardness of the stone. By collecting and analyzing data during the cutting process, the feed rate parameters (with a reference range of 5-1200 millimeters per hour) are optimized to achieve the optimal cutting efficiency.
