Hualong Machinery applies the multi-angle flexible extension advantage of robotic arms to the stone carving industry. Combined with a rotary worktable, it delivers full-surface machining without blind spots for carved workpieces.
Equipped with a KUKA industrial robotic arm, this stone carving machine enables full-angle 3D solid stone sculpture processing. It is widely used for human statues, Buddha statues, stone lions, European-style sculptures, garden landscape stone ornaments and more. The machine can perform high-precision curved surface, hollow-out and special-shaped carving to meet the production requirements of high-end custom stone sculptures.
Equipment Features
The machine adopts the ENCY robot programming platform. It can directly import 3D model drawings to generate toolpaths and automatically optimize them.
Max. working size: 1200×2300 mm. Fitted with a robotic arm paired with an infinite rotary worktable, it allows workpiece machining at any angle.
Multiple tool heads can be mounted on the machine to complete roughing, fine carving, polishing and other processes on the workpiece in one setup.
It is equipped with a 20-position tool magazine with precise tool positioning. Automatic tool change is available to reduce downtime, boost processing efficiency and achieve higher automation.
