Hualong Machinery HKNC-500 5-axis CNC Stone Cutting Machine is a CNC bridge saw compatible with diamond saw blades up to 500 mm in maximum diameter. It is fitted with a large 3500*2100 mm worktable and equipped with an 18.8 kW permanent magnet main motor for superior energy efficiency and power saving.
Featuring 5-axis simultaneous motion plus an independent milling spindle, it supports a wide range of machining operations including mitre cutting, polygon shaping, arc cutting, line profiling, curved surface processing, drilling, 3D sculpting and relief carving. The machine adopts the Italian ESA control system paired with Pegasus CAD/CAM software, delivering an intuitive and user-friendly operation experience. Drawings can be imported directly to automatically generate machining toolpaths.
