Hualong Machinery's 4-axis stone cutting machine is a bridge saw equipped with a PLC control system. Featuring user-friendly operation and easy learning curve, it is a standard model for slab edge trimming, chamfering and arc cutting.
It is mainly used for cutting marble, granite and quartz stone slabs to produce sized tiles, round table tops, tea table tops, floor paving slabs and dry-hanging wall panels, as well as for chamfer joint fabrication.

Accommodates saw blades up to Φ400 mm in diameter, capable of cutting slabs with a maximum thickness of 80 mm; machine models customizable per customer's slab dimensions.
Fitted with a 3500×2100 mm worktable to process oversized stone slabs.
Saw head tilts by 45° to execute chamfer cutting.
Cutting head rotates 360° for polygonal and curved cutting applications.
Worktable tilts up to 85° for convenient slab loading.
Integral cast beam for the main girder delivers outstanding structural rigidity and smoother, more stable cutting head movement.
