This granite bridge saw is compatible with saw blades ranging from 600mm to 1200mm in diameter and is equipped with a branded PLC control system, featuring a small error margin and excellent cutting flatness. In addition to granite, it is also suitable for cutting various stone materials such as marble and artificial quartz stone, and can process medium-thick slabs with a thickness of approximately 40mm. It is mainly used for cutting step stones, curbstones and similar products.
Modeled as HLSM1200, this granite bridge saw sits between stone block cutting machine and CNC bridge saw, serving as an indispensable stone cutting equipment in curbstones processing lines. It is mainly used for straight-line cutting of stone. For thick slabs, the cutting depth of the saw blade is usually controlled, and the cutting is performed in multiple passes. The maximum lifting stroke of the cutting head is 800mm, with a processing range of 3200mm*2000mm. The workbench can be rotated 90 degrees according to cutting requirements for processing.
lt uses inverter to controlleft-right feeding,and can adjust the cutting speed according to the stone material's hardness.
