Hualong HKNC-560 5 axis stone cnc machine is equipped with an Italian ESA control system and Pegasus CAD/CAM software. Processing drawing files can be imported directly to generate cutting paths. This machine is mainly used for cutting marble, granite, quartz stone and other stone materials. Combined with the optional milling spindle, its 5-axis linkage function enables rapid completion of grooving, contour machining, drilling, relief carving and other processing tasks, greatly improving production efficiency.

Photo Scanning Function

Equipped with a professional high-definition camera to capture images of stone slabs. The software allows manual free layout of cutting paths to maximize slab material utilization rate.

Vacuum Suction Cup Function

Comes with vacuum suction cups. During processing, the suction cups automatically transfer stone slabs to designated positions as required.

Milling Spindle

An additional high-speed electric spindle is equipped. Fitted with milling cutters, it efficiently completes drilling and milling operations.

360° Rotatable Cutting Head

The cutting head supports full 360° rotation to perform angled bevel cutting, arc profiling and other complex cutting operations at any angle.

Blade Bevel Adjustment

The saw blade tilts freely from 0° to 90° for arbitrary-angle bevel cutting, satisfying diverse customized stone processing requirements.
