The 5-axis bridge saw module adopts blade cutting technology, with its cutting head capable of 360° unlimited rotation and the saw blade enabling 0-90° beveling at any angle. Meanwhile, the machine integrates the high-precision cutting advantages of a 5-axis high-pressure waterjet, allowing for efficient completion of various complex and delicate processing procedures.
Equipped with an original Italian CNC system, this automatic bridge saw features enhanced functional expandability and a higher level of intelligent operation. It comes standard with a vision camera system, which can automatically identify plate contours, capture processing patterns, and perform intelligent optimized nesting of cutting paths.
