The beam adopts a cast structure, featuring stability and durability, which ensures the machining precision is maintained even after long-term operation. Equipped with an Italian control system and professional supporting software, the equipment provides solid guarantee for operational stability and reliability.
In addition, this machine is configured with a slab image capturing function. It collects the overall contour of slabs through a professional high-definition camera, and completes the cutting layout planning under a visual operation interface, which can accurately generate the optimal cutting path and significantly reduce slab waste. The worktable can be tilted at 85 degrees, greatly facilitating the loading and unloading of slabs; an independently added engraving tool is installed at the head of the CNC stone saw, allowing for more refined cutting processes and making up for the limitations of blade cutting. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with a suction cup function, which can move the slab blanks to be processed during the cutting process, effectively avoiding adverse effects on the subsequent machining precision.
