Hualong Machinery HKNC-560 Plus 5 axis marble bridge saw is one of the flagship models in our CNC bridge saw series. It is engineered for high-precision cutting of large slabs of granite, marble, quartz stone, natural stone and artificial stone.
Equipped with the Italian ESA CNC system and Pegasus CAD/CAM software, the machine enables 360° rotation of the cutting head, 0–90° tilting of the saw blade and 0–85° flipping of the worktable.

Supporting 5-axis linkage and high-speed motor spindle, it can perform complex machining such as arc milling, arbitrary chamfer cutting from 0 to 90°, and contour forming. It supports touchscreen operation, file import via USB flash drive and network communication, making it easy for workshop operators to master.*
Camera positioning function + vacuum suction cups. Captures slab images to optimize nesting of machining paths and minimize material waste. Equipped with vacuum suction cups, it can move cut slabs to safe positions during processing to prevent material loss caused by overcutting.*

5-axis linkage plus 1 independent high-speed motor spindle. A single machine can complete straight cutting, chamfer & angle cutting, cutout for vanity basins, arc contours and stone profile forming. One machine replaces multiple conventional stone processing equipment, saving factory floor space and reducing labor costs.
Heavy-duty one-piece cast beam with robust machine frame enables stable long-hour operation. Maximum cutting thickness reaches 150 mm, and the maximum horizontal cutting dimension is 3500*2100 mm.
