Hualong HLSQ-450 stone bridge saw is a 3-axis bridge saw equipped with a Siemens PLC control system. The PLC system is simple and easy to learn to operate, with multiple built-in processing modes. It is an ideal choice for stone processing factories that do not require complex special-shaped cutting. It is suitable for processing marble, granite, artificial stone, quartz stone and other materials.
Machine Features
The saw blade can tilt by 45° for chamfer cutting.
The worktable can rotate 0-360° and stop at any angle. Combined with its rotating function, it can cut round, polygonal and other special-shaped workpieces.
The worktable is tiltable up to 85°.
The machine adopts a cast iron beam to ensure stable load-bearing capacity. The cutting head is not easy to deform after long-term operation, guaranteeing processing accuracy.
