Core Advantages of the Equipment
Equipped with Italian ESA CNC system and Pegasus CAD/CAM software, paired with ESA digital servo motors for precise motion control and stable operation. Featuring graphical programming, it can directly import CAD drawings to generate tool paths with high intelligence.
5+1 axis linkage enables one-stop machining of complex special-shaped stone. Adopting 5-axis interpolation plus 1-axis high-speed electric spindle with spindle speed ranging from 0 to 24000 rpm. It supports stable and fast arc milling, angle cutting and special contour cutting. The cutting head can rotate 0–360°, saw blade tilts 0–90°, and worktable tilts 0–85°. It can process a wide range of products including stone countertop chamfers, irregular feature walls, curved stone, stair treads and more.
Slab camera positioning system improves the yield rate of large slabs. It automatically nests and optimizes cutting paths after slab scanning to maximize slab utilization. For high-value marble and sintered stone slabs, it directly cuts raw material wastage costs. Fitted with vacuum sucker material handling device to facilitate slab movement during cutting.
Integrated cast beam and robust machine frame suit long-hour factory operation. High rigidity and low cutting vibration ensure stable dimensional accuracy even under prolonged continuous machining.
