Hualong Machinery HLSD-98H natural stone splitter is a fully automatic hydraulic stone splitting machine. Equipped with a high-power 18.5KW hydraulic system and delivering 180 tons of heavy splitting force, it can produce uniform natural surfaces and saw-cut surfaces in one single forming cycle.
Designed for mass processing of granite, marble, limestone, curb stones, paving cube stones and cultural stones, it largely replaces manual chiseling work with an hourly output of up to 70 square meters. The whole machine frame is integrally welded, with an independent external hydraulic power unit that features fast heat dissipation and low failure rates.
The widened 100cm worktable supports a maximum processing width of 60cm and a maximum processing height of 30cm, compatible with most standard stone block sizes available on the market. It comes with an integrated simple control panel, enabling one single operator to complete the full workflow including feeding, splitting and unloading. New operators can master its operation quickly.
