Saw-cut face stone splitting: It produces split surfaces with natural and uniform textures, ideal for exterior wall cladding slabs and courtyard paving stones.
Stone embossing molding: Custom patterns of various styles are available to greatly improve the decorative added value of stones. Maximum embossing size per single block: 400×400mm

1. Equipped with a large-tonnage hydraulic cylinder that delivers stable splitting and stamping pressure. It can evenly split thick slabs and high-hardness granite without offset cracking or broken waste products.
2. Extended roller conveyor with spring buffers ensures smooth and labor-free stone feeding, reducing manual handling and preventing collision damage to stone slabs.
3. Hourly output reaches 20 square meters, with processing efficiency far exceeding manual stone splitting, greatly cutting labor costs for stone factories.
4. Fitted with an 11KW industrial hydraulic motor and a 32L/min high-flow hydraulic system, paired with a large 150KG oil tank compatible with 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil. It maintains stable pressure and no overheating during long hours of continuous operation.
5. Max working height: 30cm; Max working width: 60cm, compatible with most standard sizes of cultural stone, wall cladding slabs and paving stones on the market.
6. Independent electric control cabinet with one-button operation; blade feeding speed adjustable from 0 to 5cm/s. New operators can master operation within 30 minutes, with extremely low long-term maintenance costs.
