Core Processing Technology
This stone carving cnc machine adopts 3-axis simultaneous motion plus a CNC rotary table, which stably completes intricate grain carving for symmetrical 3D stone sculptures. It delivers uniform grain textures and smooth curved surfaces, ideal for mass production of standard 3D stone products.
Rough cutting with saw blade: Diamond saw blades rapidly cut away excess material from whole stone blocks for primary rough shaping of raw blocks.
After rough shaping by the saw blade, switch the saw blade to carving tools to carry out fine engraving procedures.

It realizes seamless linkage between rough cutting with saw blades and fine engraving with carving tools. Combined with the auto-rotating rotary table, it can finish three procedures in one single setup: block roughing, contour cutting and detailed relief carving.
Ultra-high spindle speed ranging from 0 to 24,000 rpm: High-speed grinding on stone curved surfaces during fine engraving delivers delicate and smooth textures, eliminating the need for subsequent manual polishing.
18 kW sawing motor: Matched with a 500 mm large saw blade, it delivers powerful cutting performance for hard granite blocks. It provides sufficient roughing force without tool stalling or jamming.
9-ton heavy-duty machine frame: Vibration-resistant under heavy-load machining. It supports 24-hour non-stop long-term production with low failure rate and extended service life.
