The stone engraving cnc router is a 7-axis engraving equipment, specifically designed for the three-dimensional carving field. Developed based on a branded robotic arm through secondary development, the machine integrates a high-speed electric spindle onto the robotic arm, boasting both high-speed operation and high-precision machining performance. Combined with a rotary worktable, it can realize the engraving of three-dimensional shapes at any angle, fully meeting the needs of three-dimensional carving.
The stone engraving cnc router is composed of a robotic arm, robotic arm base, rotary worktable, tool magazine, electrical control cabinet and controller. With a compact structure, it occupies a small area. The worktable has a diameter of 1000mm, and the maximum processing range can reach 1000mm in diameter × 2500mm in height, which is suitable for processing stone workpieces of various sizes. The tool magazine is an optional configuration of the equipment: the standard version requires manual tool change; if the tool magazine is optional, it is equipped with 40 tool holders, which can place carving tools of various specifications according to carving needs. Through preset system parameters, automatic tool change can be completed during the carving process, greatly improving processing efficiency and automation level.

The maximum arm span reaches 2700mm, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.06mm. It has a wide carving range, capable of completing large-scale carving operations while ensuring high carving precision.
Equipped with professional-grade CAM software, it can handle the processing of complex sculptures with ease.
It has wide compatibility with applied materials, supporting the carving of marble, granite, jade, foam, wood and other materials.
