Leveraging its seven-axis design advantage, the robotic arm delivers highly flexible movement. Paired with a rotary worktable, it enables engraving operations on workpieces at any arbitrary angle.
This stone cnc engraving machine machine adopts a secondary-developed KUKA robot body with a wide range of application scenarios. The equipment can be equipped with a 20-position tool magazine. Based on the machining programming code, the system automatically identifies tools and performs fast automatic tool changes on demand. Manual tool replacement with machine shutdown, which would compromise production efficiency, is eliminated. The machine supports round-the-clock non-stop operation to cut down total machining hours.
It features a 2700 mm machining stroke and an infinitely rotatable robotic arm. Combined with an omnidirectional rotary worktable, its seven-axis linkage delivers full coverage without dead angles, enabling full three-dimensional processing of irregular sculptural shapes. It is perfectly suited for engraving oversized artworks made of marble and granite.
Powered by the new-generation Ency robot programming platform, the machine supports importing 3D model drawings to rapidly generate optimized machining paths. A built-in AI programming assistant automatically optimizes cutting paths and lowers the threshold for manual programming, allowing general factory workers to master operation quickly.
