Through intelligent nested layout algorithms, the equipment autonomously generates optimal cutting trajectories and intelligently aligns consistent stone grain transitions. It eliminates the tedious manual work of layout planning and grain matching, delivering remarkable improvements in cutting precision, processing efficiency and finished product quality.
The HKCN-500PLUS 5 Axis Stone Cutter is equipped with an Italian ESA control system and Pegasus CAD/CAM software, featuring a visual touchscreen operation interface. It supports direct import of drawing files to generate cutting paths automatically. Constructed with a heavy-duty machine body and cast beam, the machine uses premium electrical components from leading brands such as Siemens and Schneider, which deliver solid assurance for stable equipment operation.
Main Functions
High-definition photographing: Captures full-slab images to optimize layout and cutting paths.
Vacuum suction cups: Transfer slabs to designated positions via suction force.
