Stone water jet cutting machines are applicable to seamless sink cutting, stone ornament cutting, character cutting, shape profiling, ceramic tile mosaic cutting and other processing scenarios. The complete machine consists of a control console, worktable, high-pressure pump, chiller and abrasive tank. Its cutting principle is to pressurize abrasive-mixed water to an ultra-high pressure to form an ultra-high pressure water jet for material cutting. Featuring smooth cutting surfaces and high precision, it is a highly efficient and reliable cutting equipment for stone processing.
The stone water jet cutting machine is equipped with a CNC system, which can import CAD drawings to generate cutting paths directly and features an automatic compensation function.
The small-sized worktable measures 2000×1500 mm, while the large-sized one is 6000×2000 mm; customized sizes are also available according to actual demands.
In addition to cutting stone materials, the machine can also process metal materials. For cutting thicker materials, ultra-high-pressure customized models with higher specifications can be provided.
Apart from different worktable specifications, waterjet cutting machines are classified into 3-axis and 5-axis models. Customers can select the suitable type based on whether bevel/angled cutting is required.
