Hualong Machinery Granite Polishing Machine is a manually operated grinding and polishing machine, suitable for stone processing factories, monument workshops and countertop production lines. Adopting a wide-swing rocker arm structure, the machine delivers stable and high-precision surface finishing on granite, marble and engineered stone slabs.
This Granite Polishing Machine is equipped with a 5.5 kW main motor to drive the spindle for smooth high-speed rotation. Integrating manual control and electric lifting functions, it allows operators to independently adjust grinding pressure, fast/slow spindle speed and working height.
Main Features
Operators can adjust the working height according to the thickness of stone workpieces. The spindle lifting stroke is 80 mm, with a total lifting travel of 470 mm.
Continuous water cooling flow is approximately 1 m³/h. It protects abrasives, suppresses dust, extends tool service life, and ensures a smooth, scratch-free surface.
The pneumatic cylinder applies consistent downward pressure to the grinding disc. This automatic pressure feeding achieves uniform material removal on the stone surface.
Large working radius allows operators to process large slab surfaces with the rocker arm.
Dual-speed spindle with fast and slow settings. Operators can switch polishing modes with one button as required.

Place the stone workpiece under the rocker arm, then use the electric lifting motor to raise or lower the grinding head to the proper height. The main motor drives the spindle to rotate at high speed. The operator manually guides the rocker arm to sweep the grinding disc back and forth across the workpiece surface. Switch between fast and slow spindle speeds and change grinding discs of different grits as needed to polish the stone workpiece.
