Equipped with 9 polishing heads, it is capable of side profiling, fine polishing and grooving processing for granite, marble and other stone slabs. It adopts PLC touch screen control system and features automatic grinding head compensation function.
MB-9T-3015 Nine-head CNC granite Line polish machine is a fully automatic multi-functional stone edge processing equipment, suitable for processing granite, marble, artificial stone and other stone materials.
Fitted with 9 independent polishing heads, it can complete multiple processes in one feeding pass, including stone edge trimming, straight edge polishing, bevel chamfering, side fine polishing and grooving.
The whole machine adopts PLC control system, supporting frequency conversion speed regulation and automatic abrasive compensation. It is available in continuous feeding and intermittent feeding modes.
Processing range: width 60-3000mm, thickness 10-80mm.
It is standard-equipped with 1.5m×0.6m feeding and discharging conveyor frame with right-in and left-out feeding direction. Adopting diamond polishing pads, it realizes dust-free and eco-friendly wet processing. Equipped with pneumatic motor design, the pressing force can be adjusted automatically.

No.1 grinding head is equipped with 4kW motor, used for edge leveling and base grinding of stone sides, as well as grooving on front and back surfaces. Abrasive tool diameter: 150mm-200mm.
No.2/3/4/5/6 grinding heads adopt 1.1kW pneumatic induction motors, applied for wire removal and polishing of straight stone side edges. Abrasive tool diameter: 125mm-150mm.
No.7/8/9 grinding heads are fitted with 1.1kW pneumatic induction motors fixed at 45°, dedicated to wire removal and polishing of stone bottom corners. Abrasive tool diameter: 125mm-150mm.
