The HKNC-450J stone cnc cutter manufactured by Hualong Machinery adopts the Italian ESA control system, equipped with Pegasus CAD/CAM programming software and ESA digital servo motors, delivering far superior performance compared with most conventional models on the market.
Its 5-axis linkage supports high-efficiency cutting such as straight cuts, bevel cuts and arc cutting. Combined with the 5-axis waterjet, the machine can fabricate complex curves, hollow-out patterns and marble inlay designs. Seamless switching between saw blade and waterjet allows complete processing of whole slabs in one continuous operation, shortening production lead time and boosting overall productivity.
It is fitted with a high-definition camera to capture slab images for nesting and optimization of cutting paths, and can be upgraded with the vein matching function.
Vacuum suction cups are installed to transfer cut pieces to designated positions.
