Hualong HKNC650 CNC Stone Bridge Saw is a 5-axis stone cutting machine equipped with Italian ESA control system. It features a high-rigidity solid frame and an independent high-speed motor spindle. Fitted with milling cutters, the machine can perform milling, drilling, engraving and other processes. Supported by 5-axis linkage, it handles complex machining such as multi-angle cutting, curved surfaces and 3D shaping. It is applicable to marble, granite, artificial stone, quartz stone, sintered stone and other stone materials.
This machine can be installed with saw blades ranging from 350mm to 650mm in diameter, with a maximum cutting depth of 200mm. It adopts a 18.8 kW high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Weighing up to 6 tons, the machine is built with an integrated cast beam, which ensures stable operation of the cutting head and effectively prevents deformation that may compromise machining accuracy. The worktable measures 3500*2100 mm, enabling processing of large-size stone slabs. It is also equipped with camera positioning and vacuum suction functions to greatly improve production efficiency.
