Hualong Machinery HKNC-500PLUS 5-axis stone bridge saw is equipped with stainless steel protective doors for physical isolation between operators and machinery. Fitted with Italian ESA control system, it delivers excellent operability and high processing precision. Cutting paths can be generated directly by importing CAD drawings. The machine is also equipped with a camera and vacuum suction cups to boost processing efficiency.
This 5-axis stone bridge saw is mainly used for cutting slabs of marble, granite, artificial stone/quartz stone, sintered stone and ceramics. Matched with an independent electric spindle, it achieves high-efficiency machining for kitchen & vanity countertops, sink holes and other similar products.

Standard high-definition imaging system captures slab profiles to automatically optimize cutting paths and complete layout arrangement.
Fitted with standard vacuum suction cups. Slabs can be automatically transported to designated positions via suction cup control without manual handling.
Comes with an independent electric spindle as standard, supporting milling, drilling, engraving and other operations (some functions are optional).
The worktable can tilt up to 85 degrees as standard, enabling easy loading and unloading of slabs.
