The HKNC-500 Plus is a high-end 5-axis stone bridge saw independently developed by Hualong Machinery, engineered to compete against top-tier European and American brands. It enables customers to access premium-grade machinery and comprehensive after-sales services at an economical cost. Purpose-built for precision deep processing of marble, granite, quartz stone and similar slabs, this machine is widely applied for kitchen & bathroom countertops, sink cutout routing, window sills, feature wall panels, floor paving, exterior wall cladding and custom special-shaped stone fabrication.

 Equipped with original Italian ESA control system and Pegasus CAD/CAM software, featuring 5-axis linkage interpolation for high machining precision; CAD drawings can be imported to auto-generate processing programs.

 Heavy-duty machine structure with one-piece cast main beam, superior in rigidity and stability over ordinary welded beams. It keeps stable operation with minimal deformation and extends service lifespan under long-term production.

 Slab image capture system: fitted with industrial camera to scan slabs for automatic layout and cutting path optimization to improve material utilization.

 Automatic slab shifting: vacuum suction cups move workpieces to designated positions automatically for safe and efficient processing without manual handling.

 Independent high-speed electro-spindle enables milling, drilling and engraving to complete elaborate machining unavailable with diamond saw blades alone.

 Worktable tilts up to 85° for easy slab loading.

 Cutting head supports full 360° rotation.

 Saw blade tilts from 0° to 90° for arbitrary-angle chamfer cutting.

 Vein matching function: align stone slab grain for consistent and attractive finished appearance.

 Tool setter: automatically calibrate cutting tools to guarantee consistent processing precision.

 Slab thickness detector: auto measure the thickness of raw stone slabs.

 Infrared safety light curtain: collision prevention during machine operation to protect operator safety.

 Pneumatic clamping fixtures: fast workpiece fastening and eliminate manual clamping work.

 Fully enclosed stainless steel safety door: prevent dust and water splashing to improve workshop environment.

 Anti-slip rubber-coated worktable: avoid scratches on polished stone surfaces with wear-resistant and skidproof performance.
