Product Introduction
The HKNC450 PLUS is a 5+1 axis CNC bridge saw manufactured by HUALONG Machinery. The machine is equipped with an Italian ESA control system, featuring high precision and stable operation. It runs on the Italian PEGASUS software, which supports CAD/CAM editing and visual operation, requiring no professional technical training.
The machine body is treated with galvanization, which effectively prevents rust and extends service life. It adopts a cast beam structure to ensure stable operation of the head, avoiding damage or deformation during long-time running that would affect cutting accuracy. All core key components are sourced from world-class international brands.
Core Features & Functions
Camera: Captures slab images via photography for layout and optimization of cutting paths.
Vacuum suction cups: Used to move slabs during cutting to avoid overcutting.
Electric spindle: Enables milling, drilling and carving, which not only expands the machine's functions but also improves processing efficiency.
Worktable tilts up to 85°.
Permanent magnet motor adopted for the main motor, featuring high efficiency and energy saving.
Equipped with red laser line for tool path calibration, ensuring higher accuracy.
